Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 10/05/2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how AARO Hospitality Management LLC, together with its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary entities ("AARO," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. By using the Site and, where applicable, by providing consent through our cookie banner, you acknowledge the use of cookies as described in this Policy. This Policy is provided for informational purposes and does not create any contractual right or obligation beyond those set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve their performance, and to provide information to the site operator. Cookies may be "first-party" (set by the site you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by a service provider). They may also be "session" cookies (which expire when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (which remain on your device until they expire or are deleted). This Policy also covers similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage, and software development kits, that perform functions comparable to cookies.
3. Our Approach to Cookies
We take a deliberately minimal approach to cookies and tracking. We use few or no cookies, and we rely where possible on privacy-friendly analytics tools that do not set tracking cookies on your device. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, cross-site behavioral tracking, or the sale of personal information, and we do not use session-replay, keystroke-logging, or screen-recording technologies. To the extent any cookies are used on the Site, they are limited to the categories described in Section 4.
4. Categories of Cookies
We classify any cookies or similar technologies used on the Site into the following categories:
(a) Strictly Necessary Cookies. These are cookies that are essential for the Site to function or to record a preference you have set, such as your cookie consent choice where a consent banner is presented. Because they are strictly necessary, these cookies, if used, are always active and are not subject to consent.
(b) Analytics/Performance Technologies. We use analytics tools to understand, on an aggregated basis, how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are visited and how visitors move through the Site. For this we use Framer's built-in analytics and site tools and Google Search Console, which are designed to measure Site performance without setting tracking cookies on your device, and we may use Google Analytics. To the extent any analytics tool sets a non-essential cookie, it loads only after you consent as described in Section 5, and you may opt out at any time as described in Section 6.
(c) Advertising/Targeting Cookies. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies on the Site. Should we introduce them in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law before they are used.
5. Consent
Where the Site sets non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we present a cookie consent banner on your first visit. Strictly necessary cookies are active at all times because the Site cannot function without them and no consent is required for them. Any non-essential cookies load only after you select "Accept All" or otherwise affirmatively consent, and they do not load if you select "Reject Non-Essential." Where a consent choice is recorded, you may change or withdraw it at any time as described in Section 6. Withdrawing consent stops further use of non-essential cookies but does not undo processing that already occurred while consent was in effect. Where you access the Site with a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we treat that signal as an opt-out where required by applicable law.
6. How to Manage or Opt Out of Cookies
You can control cookies at any time in the following ways:
Cookie banner. Where a banner or cookie settings control is presented on the Site, you may change or withdraw your consent through it at any time.
Browser settings. Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. The method varies by browser; please consult your browser's help documentation. Please note that if you disable strictly necessary cookies, portions of the Site may not function properly.
Google Analytics opt-out. If and where Google Analytics is used, you may opt out across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available from Google.
Global Privacy Control. You may enable a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as GPC, in a supporting browser or extension, which we will honor where required by applicable law.
You can also view the specific cookies, if any, present on your device at any time using your browser's settings, and you may contact us using the details in Section 9 with any question about a cookie or technology you observe on the Site.
7. Third-Party Technologies
Certain analytics technologies described above are provided by third-party service providers who act on our behalf, currently Google (in connection with Google Search Console and, where used, Google Analytics) and Framer (our website platform provider). These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the practices of these third parties beyond the scope of the services they provide to us. We do not authorize these providers to use information collected through the Site for their own independent purposes.
8. Data Collected Through Cookies; Retention
Any information collected through the analytics technologies described above is generally limited to technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and general activity on the Site. We do not use cookies to collect financial account information, Social Security numbers, government-issued identification, biometric data, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Where cookies are used, they remain on your device for varying periods depending on their type and purpose; session cookies expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Information collected through analytics tools is retained in accordance with the applicable provider's retention settings and our own retention practices described in the Privacy Policy. For more detail on how we handle personal information generally, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Because we do not sell your personal information or use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, our use of cookies and similar technologies is limited to operating and improving the Site. Depending on your state of residence, applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, may give you the right to opt out of certain processing and to exercise other rights described in our Privacy Policy. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies or technologies we use, changes in our practices, or changes in applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when this Policy was most recently revised, and your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law. We review this Policy and, where necessary, update it at least once every twelve months.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Cookie Policy is governed by, and any dispute relating to it is subject to, the governing law, dispute resolution, individual-arbitration, class-action-waiver, and severability provisions set forth in our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy waives any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
